The Crab Nebula

The Crab Nebula is a supernova remnant of a star that exploded in 1054 AD. It is the first recorded nebula that corresponds to a supernova event. 

This image is a first light test of an AGO 12.5" iDK corrected Dall Kirkham telescope.

RGB = 10x5min each
Total = 4hrs
